Police arrested 42-year-old Rabin Karki a teacher working at Eureka Boarding School, Hariwan Municipality-10 on January 25 for the charges of attempted rape of a 14-year-old girl.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the Area Police Office, Hariwan, on January 24 alleging that the accused attempted to rape the victim on January 13 at her house.
Inspector Anilraj Giri of the Area Police Office, Hariwan, informed that the District Court extended the deadline for five days on January 26 and the investigation is going on.
The health examination of the victim was done on January 24 at Sarlahi District Hospital, Malangwa.
