District Court Kaski sentenced Gambhir Sarki of Pokhara-5 Malepatan to three months imprisonment on the charge of sexually abusing a 6-year-old girl.
The bench of honorable Judge Keshav Prasad Bastola rendered a sentence of three months’ imprisonment, along with Rs.5000 compensation, and an additional fine of Rs.3000.
The aggrieved party filed a complaint at the District Police Office, Kaski, on July 9 alleging that the accused had sexually abused the victim on July 8, 2023.
The police arrested the accused on July 8 based on the verbal complaint of the victim.
The health examination of the victim was conducted on July 13 at the Institute of Health Sciences in Pokhara
