Aggrieved party filed a compliant at the district police office, Malangwa, against Ram Barosi, 36, of Kaudena Rural Municipality-7, on 1 February, in the accusation of sexual abuse of a 21-year-old woman.
Accused sexually abused the victim while she was in her flower garden. As per the DSP of district police office Malangwa, the accused absconded shortly after the case was filed.
Health checkup of the victim was conducted at Sarlahi district hospital Malangwa, on 2 February.
