Police have arrested Krishna Bikash, 41, of Suryapura Rural Municipality -8 of Rupandehi and temporary resident of Khandadevi Rural Municipality-1 on November 5, 2021, on the charge of raping a 63-year-old woman.
After the accused raped the victim on November 3, the victim was bleeding extremely.
The victim was taken to Kathmandu for further treatment on November 4.
When the doctor inquired about the cause of the excessive bleeding, the woman said that she had been raped. The accused was arrested based on the DSP Nawaraj Dhungana of the District Police Office based on the information.
