Rajbahadur Tamang, 41, Health Coordinator of Ruby Valley Rural Municipality has accused Rakesh Tamang, 35, of Ruby Valley Rural Municipality-3 of beating him.
A complaint was lodged by the victim on July 14 at the District Police Office alleging that he was beaten in the office.
The victim was treated at Dhading Hospital. Victim Tamang was discharged after general treatment and he has complained that no action was taken against the accused even after filing the complaint.
Ruby Valley Rural Municipality issued a statement demanding that the health coordinator Tamang was beaten from behind by entering the office.
A press release was released by the staff unit of Ruby Valley Rural Municipality requesting to take legal steps against the perpetrators of the incident.
The accused involved in the incident is the central member of the National Democratic Party’s Youth Association.
