Police have arrested a 53-year-old uncle on the charges of raping a five-year-old girl.
The victim had lodged a complaint against the accused at the District Police Office, Tanahu on June 20.
According to DSP Yuvaraj Timilsena of the District Police Office, Tanahun, the accused was arrested from his house on June 21 after a complaint was lodged by the victim.
The victim underwent a medical examination at Damauli Hospital on June 20.
