Amrit Pariyar, 26, of Milan Bazaar in Rapti Municipality-9 has lodged a complaint at the Area Police Office on May 25 accusing Sete Shrestha of caste-based discrimination.
The victim has alleged that the accused had beaten her mother on May 24 while she walking on the road. She added that the accused had verbally harassed her mother with casteist remarks.
Amrit’s right hand had fractured due to the beating. The injured are being treated at Alive Hospital and Trauma Centre in Bharatpur. According to the victim, the accused was not arrested despite a complaint lodged with the police.
