Police have arrested Dular Mukhia, 40, of Siraha Municipality-12 on May 10, 2021, in accusation of raping a 15-year-old girl.
According to the victim’s mother, the victim was raped on April 23, 2021, but the accused tried to reconcile the case in the village therefore the complaint was delayed. The complaint was lodged on May 10 at the District Police Office.
The health checkup of the victim was conducted on May 10, 2021, at the District Hospital.
