Bishnu Bhandari, 37, of Madhyabindu Municipality-9 has lodged a complaint at the District Police Office, Nawalparasi (east of Bardaghat Susta) alleging that he was mistreated by some locals on April 19. They had rubbed soot on his face.
The victim has lodged a complaint against Ran Bahadur BK, 65, Deepak BK, 27, Hari BK, 60, Pramod BK, 23, and Nar Bahadur Kumal, 55, of Madhyabindu-9 at the District Police Office, Nawalparasi on the same day. DSP Dilip Kumar Giri of Bardaghat Susta East told INSEC representative.
He said that the search was on for the accused who was absconding after the incident.
