Police have arrested 21-year-old Ganesh BK of Waling Municipality-6 on a charge of raping a 16-year-old girl.
The victim had lodged a complaint against the accused at the Ward Police Office, Waling on April 5, claiming that the accused had raped her on April 4.
Inspector Hari Prasad Poudel informed that the accused was arrested on April 4 on the basis of the same complaint lodged by the victim.
He said that the incident was being investigated after arresting the accused.
