Police have arrested Raju Pariyar, 22, of Siddha Kumakh Rural Municipality-3 on March 5 on a charge of raping a 15-year-old girl.
According to Inspector Laxman Oli of the District Police Office, the accused was arrested on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim at the District Police Office, Salyan on March 7.
The health examination of the victim was held at the Health Service Office, Salyan on March 5, said the office chief Dasharath Shrestha.
