The victim has lodged a complaint at the District Police Office, Siraha against the 46-year-old accused of raping a 22-year-old woman.
The victim lodged a complaint with the police alleging that the accused raped her.
According to DSP Shaligram Sharma Poudel of the District Police Office, the accused is absconding.
The victim has been examined at the District Hospital, Siraha on October 1.
