Police have arrested Khim Bahadur Oli (44) of Tulsipur Sub-metropolitan-3 on 10 May in accusation of sexually abusing a 61-year-old elderly woman.
She was abused on 28 April 2020. The accused had absconded since then.
Since the villagers had tried reconciling the incident inside the village, the victim’s side was late to file a complaint.
Health Checkup of the victim was conducted on 10 May 2020.
