Police has arrested a 17-year-old boy on 23 March 2020 accusing him of sexual abuse on a 16-year-old.
Complaint was filed against the accused on 23 March at the Distrcit Police Office., informed Inspector Resham Bohora. The victim was abused on 17 February, informed DSP Khadak Bahadur Khatri.
Health checkup of the victim was conducted on 23 March 2020 at the Bhim Hospital, Bhairahawa, informed the police.
