Police informed an arson at Ncell Tower situated at Bandganga Municipality- 10 by a group of intruders. There was very less destruction in the tower. DSP Sunil Malla of District Police Office said this might be the work of Netra Bikram Chand (Biplov) led prohibited Communist Party of Nepal.
