Police has arrested Pappu Mochi, 19, of Gadi Rural Municipality on 13 January, on charge of raping a 19 years old woman.
According to SI Binu Basnet, the victim was raped by the accused on 10 January and a complaint was filed against him on 13 January at the District Police Office after which he was arrested immediately.
The victim’s health checkup was conducted on 13 January at the District Hospital.
