Police has arrested Dharma Raj Chaudhary, 51, of Rapti Rural Municiplaity-5 on charge of raping a 34 years old woman on 22 December.
The victim has filed a complaint against him on 16 December at the District Police Office on stating accused raped her several times from July till 16 December. Police arrested the accused on 22 December for further investigation, informed SP Janak Prasad Bhattarai.
The victim went through health checkup at Rapti Health Science Academy on 16 December.
