District court, Chitwan slammed 16 years imprisonment to Indian citizen Jahir Alam, 19, working as conductor at truck on charge of raping 3 years old girl.
Judge Prakash Kumar Adhikari sentenced accused Alam on 23 September.
Accused raped the hotel owner’s daughter on 30 September 2018 while he was staying at a hotel. Victim’s family filed a complaint on 1 October 2018 and her was arrested by police on same day.
