District court, Chitwan has sentenced 40 years of imprisonment to a 40 years old father for allegedly raping and aborting a baby of 15 years old daughter on 22 September.
Judge Keshab Prasad Adhikari has sentenced him on the case filed stating accused raped his 15 years old daughter and made her pregnant.
Information Officer of court said victim’s step mother is also sentenced to three months and Rs. 30000 fined for helping accused to rape her.
Accused was sentenced for 25 years imprisonment for incest rape. Similarly, 14 years for raping a minor and one year more for forced abortion.
Accused was arrested on 30 December 2018 immediately after complaint filed. Victim’s health checkup was conducted at Bharatpur Hospital on 30 December 2018.
