A 23 years old woman filed a complaint against Milan Khatri, 24, of Tilottam Municipality-7 on 8 September on charge of raping her.
The victim filed a case at District Police office, stating accused threatened and raped her on 14 August intoxicating her by giving forged cold drink.
DSP Dharma Raj Bhandai, of District Police Office said as per the complaint filed by victim police is searching for absconded accused.
Heath checkup of victim woman was conducted at Bhim Hospital, Bhairahawa on 8 September.
