Police has arrested Netra Bikram Chand (Biplov) lead CPN’s Morang district member and same party affiliated youth organization Morang’s district chairperson Ramu Mangrati (Bipin), 32, of Sundar Haraicha Municipality-2 on 4 September.
DSP Rajkumar Khiuj of District Police Office said Mangrati was arrested from Sundar Haraicha Municipalilty-2 by Area Police office, Belbari.
Police said they had found party related different documents from his home.
Police also added they had documented he was involved in pressure cooker bomb incident on East West highway at Belbari Municipality-10 on 14 March and he was arrested for that incident.
Arrested Mangrati is charged with weapon charge by court and is under further investigation as per the police.
