Police has arrested Netra Bikram Chand (Biplov) lead CPN’s Dhankuta-Morang Secretary Dipak Rai, 45, of Kerabari Rural Municipality-3 on 25 July.
As per SP Bishwo Adhikari of Morang district, rai was arrested as he was taking shelter at others house at Kerabari Rural Municipality. Rai is under police investigation on his involvement at bomb blast, donations and collection of arms and ammunitions.
According to police Rai was also involved in incidents happened in other districts too than Morang and Dhankuta.
