Police has arrested 21 years old Ramesh Tolang of Fuling Municipality-2 on 15th July on charge of raping 15 years old girl child. Victim child was raped by accused on 13th July and complaint against him was lodged on 14th July. The health Check of victim was done on 15th July at district hospital Taplejung.
