The District Court of Jajarkot has ordered to sentence 27 years old Tula Sunar and 20 years old Nain Sunar for three years along with Rs 20,000 each penalty after finding them guilty on sexually abusing 14 years old girl.
A single bench of District Court judge Dev Kumar Giri had given the verdict regarding the case on July 1.
The victim was sexually abused by the accused duo in March 9 and complaint against the accused was lodged by the victim’s father on a same day.
The accused duo was arrested on a same day based on a complaint lodged. On March 10 the victim underwent health checkup at District Hospital of Jajarkot.
