Police have arrested 23 years old Bipin Kumar Mandal of Chinnamasta Rural Municipality-7 on June 3 on charge of abducting 13 years old girl.
He was arrested based on a compliant lodged by the victim’s parents according to District Police Office.
The victim was lured and was taken hostage after abduction by the accused on June 2.
