The District Court of Udyapur has ordered to sentence 17 years old boy for two years after finding him guilty on attempting to rape 21 years old woman.
A single bench of District Court judge Tejendra Prasad Sapkota had given the verdict regarding the case on April 18. The court has ordered to sent him in child improvement center until he reaches 18 years.
The convict had attempted to rape the woman on January 15 and complaint was lodged against him by the family member the next day. She underwent health checkup at District Hospital on a same day the complaint was lodged.
