Police have rearrested politburo member Mohan Karki of Biplov led Nepal Communist Party on April 7. He was given release order by the District Court and was immediately arrested after that.
He was arrested by the police on March 12 on charge of crime against the state and was released by the order from District Court of Kathmandu however he was re-arrested by the police from the court premises.
He was charged of possessing small arms and was issued arrest notice against him by Sankhuwsabha and was are arrested according to SSP Basanta Kumar Lama of Kathmandu Metropolitan Circle.
