The District Court of Siraha has ordered to sentence 30 years old mother for life fter finding her guilty on killing nine years old son Abhisek Sada of Karjnaha Municipality-3.
A single bench of District Court judge Sudarshan Raj Pandey had given the verdict regarding the case.
The court has also ordered to sentence the father of the victim for six months. The convicts had killed the boy on August 7 and they were arrested by the Area Police Office of Mirchaiya on August 8.
The body of the victim was burnt after the killing and locals had informed the police. The postmortem of the body could not be conducted.
