The District Court of Lamjung has ordered to sentence 41 years old Shiva Ram Pariyar of Rainas Municipality-6 for five years after finding him guilty on raping seven years old gitl.
A single bench of District Court judge Komal Prasad Pariyar had given the verdict regarding the case. The victim was raped by an accused on August 4 and compliant against him was lodged at police office on a same day. Police arrested the accused on a same day for investigation.
