Police have arrested 46 years old Dhana Bahadur Mardaniya , a former NCP district member of Netra Bikram Chand led party on March 25.
He was controlled by the police from his house at Kawasoti Municipality-15, Shergunj according to DSP Arjun Bhat of Nawalparasi Susta-east.
Police is claiming that he is responsible for the series of explosion incidents in the district. He was taken into custody for investigation according to the police.
