Police have arrested 34 years old Paras Limbu and 31 years old Phip Raj Limbu on March 19 on charge of misbehaving 30 years old Sharada Baraili of Sanishchare Municipality-4 by smearing black soot on her face.
The victim complained that she was beaten and smeared black soot on her face on the morning of March 19.
The incident was over the dispute of financial dealing according to the police. The victim is undergoing treatment at Birat Nursingh Home in Biratnagar. Inspector Kamal Bajgain of Area Police Office of Pathari said that both accused were arrested based on a complaint lodged.
