The District Court of Udaypur has ordered to sentence one boy for two years on charge of sexually abusing 10 years old girl. The court ordered to acquit another boy charged for the same case. Both boys were remanded in child improvement center.
A single bench of district court judge Tejendra Prasad Sapkota ordered to sentence 16 years old boy for two years along with Rs 20,000 penalty and ordered to give clean chit to 14 years old boy.
The convict will be kept in child improvement center as he is underaged. After reaching a legal age, he will be transferred to the prison. A complaint against both accused were lodged at District Police Office by the victim’s acquaintances on September 20 on charge of sexual abuse. Both of them were arrested on September 21. The victim underwent health checkup at District Hospital of Bokse on October 22.
