Police have arrested 25 years old Chandramani Acharya of Urlabari Municipality-3 on March 12 on charge of raping 13 years old girl.
A complaint against the accused was lodged at police office by the victim’s parents on March 11. She underwent health checkup at Koshi Zonal Hospital in Biratnagar on a same day the complaint was lodged.
