Biplov led Nepal Communist party cadre Durga Bahadur Roka,40 of Shivaraj Municipality-9, Sundaridanda was injured in a police firing on March 7. Police opened fire when he attempted to run during the raid in his house according to District Police Office.
The injured is undergoing treatment at Lumbini provincial Office and has leg injuries according to SP Achut Prasad Pudasaini.
Police was in a search for the cadres after getting information that they were hiding in the area. Police have also confiscated bullets, weapons and other contra banded materials. During the search operation constable Amal Oli and Praj Putali Chaudhary were injured.
