Police arrested Bharat Gautam, 31 of Sisne Rural Municiipality-5 on February 4 on charge of raping three years old girl.
The victim was raped on February 4 and complaint was lodged against him by the victim’s family ay District Police Office on a same day.
The locals had informed the police after finding the accused raped a girl. The victim underwent health checkup at District Hospital on a same day. The accused had already done a jail term previously on charge of rape according to police.
