The District Court of Salyan has ordered to penalize Rs 3000 to a woman on charge of lodging fake cae of rape in the court.
A 22 years old woman of Bagchaur Municipality-8 had accused a policeman of raping her on June 12 however she changed her statement in court. On charge of changing the statement, the court orders to penalize her. Policeman Chabi lal Kasera, 30 working at temporary police post at Patihalna however is acquitted by the court.
