Krishna Kumari Khatri, 41 of Phalebas Municipality-2, Thapathana has lodged complaint at District Administration Office on January 24 seeking for justice as she was restricted to do death rituals of her deceased husband. The family members did not allow her to do death rituals of her husband Jit Bahadur Khatri,59.
Her husband died with an ailment on January 16 and the family members restricted her to meet with him when he was ill. She complained that her family members did not even allowed her to do death rituals and lodged complaint at DAO.
The Chief District Officer Guru Datta Dhakal said that he is coordinating with local representatives in concerned ward of Phalebas Municipality to deliver justice to the victim.
