Police held 25 years old Surendra Rai of Salpasilichho Rural Municipality-3 on January 21 on charge of sexual abuse on 14 years old girl.
The victim was abused by an accused on January 20 and complaint against him was lodged at DPO on January 21. He was arrested on a same day.
The victim underwent health checkup at District Hospital.
