The District Court of Dang has ordered to sentence 55 years old Prem Bahadur B.K of Ghorai Sub-metropolis-16 for five years after finding him guilty on raping 52 years old elderly womanb.
A single bench of district court judge Hemanta Raul had given the verdict on January 20 along with the compensation of Rs 5,000.
The accused had raped the woman on August 1 luring her for treatment. The victim underwent health checkup at District Hospital on a same day.
