Police have arrested 57 years old Laxman Gaire of Bharatpur-9 Sharadpur on January 7 on charge of raping 31 years old woman.
The victim was raped by the accused on January 6 and on a same day the complaint was lodged on a same day by the victim according to DSP Durga Prasad Regmi of DPO.
The victim underwent health checkup at Bharatpur District Hospital on January 7.
