Police have arrested 49 years old Bharat Bahadur Malla of Thadachakra Rural Municipality-2 on January 1 on charge of sexually abusing 28 years old woman.
The accused has sexually abused the woman in an inebriated state while she was walking in the street. The victim had lodged complaint at Area Police Office on January 1.
He was arrested based on a complaint lodged by the victim according to DSP Dil Bahadur Malla of Area Police Office.
The victim underwent health checkup at Zonal hospital of Butwal on January 1.
