Police have arrested 17 years old boy on December 19 on charge of sexually abusing four years old girl.
The victim was sexually abused by the accused on December 15 and complaint against him was lodged at Ward police office of Lamahi on December 19 according to inspector Arun Kumar Singh.
The victim on December 16 underwent health checkup at Rapti Institute of of health and science on December 16.
