Police have said that the accused was successful on fleeing the scene as the victim’s party of 14 years old girl having disability delays on lodging complaint at police.
The victim’s party have lodged complaint against 21-year-old Umesh Bista of Baraha Chhetra Municipality-3 on November 19 on charge of rape on November 15. SP Rajan Adhikari of DPO said that the accused was successful of absconding as the complaint was lodged lately.
The victim on a same day underwent health checkup a Chakarghatti health Post.
