Police have arrested 25 years old Resham Kumal of Ishma Rural Municipality-6 on November 11 on charge of raping 14 years old girl.
The accused had raped a girl by making her drunk on November 7 and victim’s party had lodged complaint at District Police Office according to SI Shiba Bahadur Khatri.
The victim underwent health checkup at District Hospital of Tamghas on November 11 according to police.
