Police have arrested 25 years old Kopil Gharti of Dhorpatan Municipality-4 on September 28 on charge of attempting to rape 18 years old girl.
The victim was attempted to rape by the accused on the night of September 27 and neighbors informed the police after hearing screaming from the woman.
The victim lodged complaint at Area Police Office on September 28 and he was arrested from Dhorpatan Municipality-4 according to Om Prakash Yadav of Burtibang Area Police Office.
She underwent health checkup at Dhaulagiri Zonal Hospital of Baglung on September 29.
