Police have arrested 23 years old Binod Shrestha alias Suraj of Ruru Rural Municipality-3 on September 26 on charge of raping a woman.
He was charged of raping woman in 2013 and he was at large since then. The court had convicted him and ordered to sentence him for six years along with the compensation of Rs 25,000 in 2016 April 14 according to SP Deepak Basnet of DPO.
The accused was arrested by the police on September 27 and is sent to the district prison.
