Police have arrested 35 years old Debe Kami of Aathbis Rural Municipality-8 on September 16 on charge of rape on 15 years old girl.
He was taken into control for investigation based on a complaint lodged by the victim’s family according to DSP Thakur Prasad Pokhrel of DPO Dailekh.
The victim’s family lodged complaint after the girl’s menstruation process was stopped. Her health is being examined at District Police Office of Dailekh.
