Police have arrested 28 years old Harka Bahadur Tamang alias Mitthe of Sunkoshi Rural Municipality-3 on September 11 on charge of sexual abuse on 14 years old girl.
The victim’s party accused him of molesting a girl on August 21 and lodged complaint at District Police Office on August 24. He was absconding after the incident and was arrested form the place he was hiding.
