Police have arrested 22 years old Firoz Ahemad Musalman of Sanskritik Municipality-6 on September 8 on charge of raping 13 years old girl.
The victim’s mother had lodged complaint at Area Police Office of Lumbini on September 8 on charge of rape on September 7.
Inspector Shanker Bhattari of Area Police Office said that he was arrested based on a complaint lodged by the victim’s mother.
She underwent health checkup at Bhim Hospital on September 8 according to the police.
