Prakanda Rearrested on charge of killing temporary police

 Police have arrested Khadga Bahadur B.K alias Prakanda and brought to Dang for trial on charge of killing temporary police Binod Chaudhary while he was deployed as a security at Tulsipur Sub-metropolitan-12 during election program.

He was released by the Bhojpur court on a bail amount of Rs 60,000 on murder case and immediately arrested on September 5 and taken onto custody of DPO Dang.

Police said that he will be presented to the court on September 9. Temporary police Binod Chaudhary died in a bomb explosion by the unidentified group during election program at Tulsipur organized by Nepali Congress. He died while undergoing treatment in Kohalpur.

Meanwhile, rights activists have met B.K and released press statement stating that behavior on him is not satisfactory. During the meeting B.K said that the state has given him unnecessary trouble.
